It can be difficult to open up to someone when struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. I believe that it is a privilege to walk alongside clients during these hard times and be a part of their healing journeys. My goal is for every client be met with acceptance and dignity, where they can safely explore their emotions and cope with the challenges they’ve endured. I hope to create a warm and inviting space using evidence-based practices, humor, and affirmation to encourage my clients. Typically, I start by using a person-centered and relational approach while integrating CBT into our time together. I have used this experience in the past with clients facing anxiety/depression, relationship issues, stress, and trauma.
