I am passionate about walking alongside individuals and couples on their path of self-understanding, healing and wholeness. By creating a space that feels safe and comfortable, I provide a peaceful place to explore life's challenging circumstances, recognize areas of growth, develop self-acceptance, and lean into strengths. By discovering the "how and why" of emotional triggers that highjack relationships, the cycles that repeat themselves can undergo lasting change. I am certified in Restoration Therapy, trained in the Gottman Method and certified in Prepare Enrich, working with individuals, pre-marital and marital couples. I am honored to work with every adult age group going through life-stage changes, parenting, difficult medical crisis, grief and loss.
