Beginning therapy can feel intimidating, and sharing what’s weighing on you takes real courage. My goal is to make that first step easier by offering a space where you feel supported, comfortable, and understood. Together, we’ll build your confidence and help you face life’s challenges with clarity, insight, and compassion. I offer both in-person and Telehealth sessions. I work with individuals 12 years old and up struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, imposter syndrome, grief & loss, relationship challenges, life transitions, or stress. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can be yourself, feel heard, explore what’s going on, build coping skills, and face life’s challenges with confidence.
