My "ideal client" is someone who is coming to therapy to grow and become the best version of themselves. I have training and experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression and other life changing events (childbirth, divorce, etc.). I have a growing passion for working with those diagnosed with cancer, their families and caregivers. I enjoy utilizing multiple different therapeutic techniques and tools to help you meet your goals in sessions. My practice style welcomes individuals, couples, and families of all ages.
