I have almost four years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages in a variety of settings. I have experience working with issues of anxiety, depression, trauma, insomnia, grief/loss, relationship stress, life transitions, and substance use. I am trained in EMDR and CBT therapies and utilize a strengths-based perspective. I strongly believe in empowering my clients to find and build upon the strengths they already possess.
