Accepting new clients in Arizona, Illinois & Florida for telehealth services. Feeling unsafe even when nothing is happening? Are you getting triggered and maybe you aren't even able to recognize it, but you know that you just feel off? I work with clients who experience a range of symptoms and often times have no understanding of how they began. It may be anxiety, sleep issues, fatigue, impulsive behaviors, intense emotions disproportional to the situation and so forth. My clients want relief, lasting change, renewed hope, and most of all to feel like themselves! I have extensive training and experience working with those who have had traumatic/negative/overwhelming life experiences. All of my approaches are mind-body and person-centered approaches, tailored to each clients unique needs. So healing occurs at the root cause. I am trained in EMDR, IFS, Somatic Therapy, Sensorimotor and Relationship & Sex Therapy.
