Welcome! I am an LICSW in private practice (currently telehealth only) seeing adults for individual therapy. I am most passionate about working with individuals struggling with symptoms related to interpersonal trauma and reducing shame and stigma around these experiences. In addition, I specialize in perinatal mental health disorders, individuals going through relationship changes/transitions, college-age/young adults, and those who identify as LGBTQIA+.
