I am a trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, culturally competent therapist. I show up as a human first: imperfect, curious, compassionate, and willing to sit with discomfort. I believe everyone should feel safe, equal, respected, and grounded in connection. I value creativity, humor, and softness as forms of strength, and I do not believe that productivity defines worth. My mission is to provide a safe space for my clients to vent, reflect, or survive. I specialize in trauma, sexual assault, and interpersonal relationships.
