I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and family conflict. Many of my clients want a safe space to process emotions and strengthen their relationships. My approach focuses on the whole family system, corrective attachment, and providing supportive space for growth. I often use play and art based interventions with children, while also helping adults and couples build healthier connections.
