My ideal client is curious to explore their stuck-points, challenge their internal narratives, and make meaningful change to work towards their personal goals. I understand this process is not easy or comfortable and I encourage clients to engage in it with self-compassion and non-judgement. I believe the process of change is rooted in curiosity and learning and in celebrating moments where we stumble as opportunities to observe, learn, and grow from our experiences.
