With my own personal healing journey, I know how scary and vulnerable it can me to show up for to work on one's mental health. I believe the therapeutic process is a space for growth, emotional healing, and freedom from pain . My specialty areas have been with adults from ages 22-65, relational issues, trauma, addiction, abuse, interpersonal/ intimacy struggles, and anxiety. It is most important to me is that my client's feel safe. The tools I enjoy most utilizing are from the modalities of Acceptance-Commitment Therapy (ACT), holistic/ mindfulness, narrative therapy, and trauma informed therapy.
