About

I currently work with adolescents 14+ and adults with various concerns including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, identity exploration, suicidal ideation, and other growing pains we experience in life. I also have loved working with neurodivergent adults, including those with ADHD and autism. My approach to healing is person-centered, strengths-based, trauma-informed, and friendly to the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ community. I hold value in the relationships I get to build and in providing a safe space for each person I get to work with. I regularly bring curiosity, excitement, empathy and humor into my sessions.
