Hi- I’m glad you’re here. If you are in any phase of life where you are dealing with anxiety or carrying the weight of past experiences, and you don’t want to sort through it all by yourself. I work with people who are ready to better understand how their past may be showing up in their present — in relationships, self-esteem, or that constant undercurrent of stress. Maybe you're noticing patterns that don't feel like you, or you're simply tired of holding it all in. At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens through authentic connection where you can show up as exactly who you are. I offer integrative, client-centered therapy tailored to each person’s unique needs and experiences.. I honor each client as the expert in their own experiences, and together we explore your stories looking at meaningful patterns, the different parts of the self, and navigate the often-complex process of change.
