I’ve always had a passion for helping others to develop and live their best lives. For the past decade, it has been my honor to offer a judgment-free zone for my clients to explore the things that are bothering them. I approach my work from a person-centered mindset, where you are the expert on you, and my job is to support you in identifying problems and creating solutions. In order to help my clients move toward their goals, I also utilize techniques of mindfulness, play therapy, CBT, and solution-focused therapy. Some of the concerns that I have experience working with include social anxiety, trauma, and parenting issues, including foster care and adoption issues.
