Life can feel heavy—whether you're facing stress, a major life shift, or challenges you can't quite name. You might feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to move forward. Therapy offers a space to reflect, reconnect, and heal. I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and care, helping you find clarity. I work with individuals ages 4 and up, using age-appropriate approaches. For children, I incorporate play therapy to support expression, emotional awareness, and coping skills. With adolescents and adults, I provide a space to explore challenges directly, at your pace, and in a way that respects your experience. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, trauma, behavioral challenges, and life transitions. I also have a passion for working with current and former athletes who may be facing identity shifts, performance pressure, or the unique challenges of life after sport.
