Pulling at the weeds of life and removing what’s above the surface can bring a bout of relief and beauty for a season, but I desire to journey deeper with my clients into the roots. I’m here to join and guide you in the process of digging up the roots, preparing the soil for new growth, and ultimately making way for you to live more fully. I work primarily with individuals ages 10 and up, navigating through life transitions, trauma, depression, anxiety, spirituality, relational problems, self-worth, grief, and more. View 5 Photos I have been told that I have a calm, nonjudgmental, and nurturing approach to therapy. My approach incorporates attachment theory, internal family systems, and trauma-based treatments. I am also trained in Brainspotting which is an effective trauma treatment that can bring levels of healing that traditional talk therapy can’t always quite reach.
