If you find yourself answering yes to these questions, therapy may be a fit for you. I take a relational approach to therapy in which I prioritize the alliance formed between myself and my clients. I believe the therapy space is one that facilitates growth, healing, and connection to oneself and others. I desire to know my clients deeply and communicate that understanding to them in a way that brings about insight.
