I'm happy that you are here. I am a LMHC licensed in MA, NH, FL. l specialize in those dealing with addiction, transitions, anxiety, and depression. The most important part of therapy is the connection the therapist has with their client, which is something I prioritize. While therapy can be challenging as we begin to truly look in the mirror it can also be a place of connection and trust. There is a great power if having someone to talk to and work through life with. I am here to help you in whatever way I can. If that means a listening ear, a safe place to cry, working towards goals.
