Although I work with all ages, I have a passion for helping teenagers grow into self assured young adults. Typically, I integrate counseling theories such as person centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution focused. My main goal is to help clients develop confidence in their ability to effectively communicate and resolve conflict quickly. By developing these skills, clients feel better equipped to navigate complex relationships moving forward.
