I work with children and adolescents who are struggling with big emotions, anxiety, stress, or behavioral challenges, as well as parents who feel unsure how to best support their child. Often, they feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck in patterns that aren’t working anymore. They want relief, understanding, and practical tools to help things feel more manageable. Their goals are to feel more confident, emotionally regulated, and connected within themselves and within their families.
