I am accepting new clients for in person (AZ Residents) and virtual (AZ and MN Residents)! I place high importance on creating a unique therapeutic space personalized for each client, with a foundation of fostering a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment. One of my main goals in providing therapy services is to create a balance between exploring/understanding the “why” behind a client’s main concerns, identifying and feeling emotions tied to them, and developing the tools to approach them more effectively.
