I help clients feel more excited about living their beautiful, messy lives! Together we'll work to build resilience in an unpredictable world. I trust in the ability of our minds and nervous systems to heal from traumatic experiences. As you unburden wounded parts of yourself, we will honor the adaptive ways your brain has protected you. We'll work together to build cohesion between your parts to help them better serve you in seeking the future you want. I provide in person and tele-health services. Self-determination and empowerment are crucial to my practice. I am informed by feminist and queer theories, social justice movements, harm-reduction, and abolitionist practices. Sharing space with my clients, connecting, and witnessing their unique healing process is a privilege I don't take for granted.
