If you’re here, you’ve made the decision to find help, and I am so proud of you! Depression and anxiety don’t have to define your life. Substance use doesn’t have to control you. Stress doesn’t have to hold you back. Deciding to go to therapy can be overwhelming, and sometimes, it quite frankly feels weird! When you sit on my couch you’ll feel compassion, openness and honesty. We’ll talk about the future that you want, and together we’ll work to move towards change at your own pace. That might mean freedom, peace, joy, purpose, or just a day without feeling like you need another cup of coffee to make it through.
