In my work with Bridger Peaks Counseling of Missoula, I believe in meeting each person where they are on their journey. I aim to help people develop a sense of fulfillment in their life experience and feel grounded in who they are. By working with one’s wounds, patterns, emotions, and beliefs about themselves, past or present, we can begin to feel empowered to show up more authentically in the world. I believe each person has the capacity for healing and growth, and my role as a counselor is to walk alongside you as a companion on your path of self-exploration.
