I’ll be your supporter and motivator while also challenging you to push beyond your comfort zone. Some sessions may feel difficult, but those moments often lead to the most profound transformation. I have specialized training in Eating Disorders with Teenagers and Young Adults. My training includes Supervision from a Specialist in Eating Disorders, Nutrition & Body Image, Family Based Therapy for Eating Disorders (FBT), and Eating Disorders with young adults in college.
