The most important achievement a person can attain is to make mental health a priority and to be aware that sometimes we all need help and guidance from someone else. I obtained my Master Degree in Mental Health Counseling at Nova Southeastern University. I am currently working with children, preteens, adults and couples. My main focus is to help people work through the challenges that life brings. I strongly believe therapeutic relationship is the main ingredient for a successful outcome.
