I am a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience helping adolescents and adults work through life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, loss and trauma. In my practice I see first-hand the growth that can happen when one feels connected and truly seen. My training in evidence based and psychodynamic therapy will guide us as we work together towards personal growth .
