Magdalen Paul works with adolescents, teens, young adults, and adults of all ages. Her goal is to lead each client to the most abundant version of themselves, by treating a variety of concerns (anxiety, depression, grief/bereavement, life adjustments, trauma, addiction, career/vocational, self-esteem/confidence, relationships) using evidence-based and holistic, person-centered perspectives. Magdalen takes a strengths-based, goal-oriented approach to therapy and believes that each client is the expert on their own life. She aims to provide each client with the skills and tools necessary to ultimately become "their own therapist.
