I enjoy working with adults who are struggling with grief, anxiety, depression, spirituality, individuation, vocation, and addiction issues. I am passionate about helping people find fulfillment in their lives through embracing total wellness. I believe seeing worth as an individual is critical to a healthy spiritual outlook and to cultivating hope. Restore Counseling Services is birthed out of a spiritual desire for all to see hope manifested in daily life through practical application of spiritual principles. Everyone is capable of learning and applying tools to improve their quality of life. Grief Recovery Services are available through individual, group, and intensives. Relapse prevention is key for people who are working to maintain sobriety. Step by Step group meets weekly for this purpose. Individual counseling is available for adults throughout the week.
