Both personally and professionally, I am a strong believer in the healing power of relationships. However, sometimes even our most important relationships falter, causing pain, confusion and turmoil. If you currently find yourself struggling with a relationship-related issue (spouse, romantic partner, parent/sibling, friend, boss/co-worker) I am here to listen and to help you achieve greater clarity and confidence moving forward. At the individual level, I also offer support for more personal concerns, including anxiety and depression, as well as difficult life circumstances such as processing a recent loss, divorce or past trauma.
