I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker and have been practicing in the Des Moines Metro area for 18 years. I received my Master’s degree in Social Work, from the University of Iowa. I have provided therapy in a variety of settings including homes, schools and community mental health centers. I work with school age children, adolescents and adults in individual and family sessions. I use a strengths based approach and specialize in family relationship issues, issues with life transitions, adolescent issues, anxiety, and depression.
