People who work with me tend to be those who are looking for help with anxiety, depression, ADHD, marital challenges, family challenges, life transitions, cross-cultural living challenges, boundaries, burnout, grief and loss, trauma, and faith/spirituality. I have Gottman Level 2 and ADHD specialized training.
