I am passionate about helping individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Level 1, PANS/ PANDAS, OCD, ADHD, and Anxiety. With clients in my areas of expertise, I am able to work with dual diagnoses, as clients in my specialty areas often struggle with trauma, addiction, eating disorders, self-harm, suicidal ideation, etc. that are symptoms of an underlying struggle. I help clients cope with stress, rigidity, transitions, social anxiety, interpersonal struggles, isolation, low self-esteem, burnout, flaring, low motivation, and finding community resources. I run an Adult Autism Support Group and always welcome new members!
