During times of significant transition or stress, such as a big move, divorce, loss of a loved one, a career change, or relational challenges, therapy can be very useful. Sometimes, individuals seek out therapy as a way to develop strategies for personal growth, life skills, and or improved interpersonal communication. Other times, my clients choose to work on a long-standing mental health struggle such as depression, anxiety, addiction, or grief and loss. Therapy is right for anyone who has a desire to learn more about themselves and make positive changes in their wellness, relationships, or daily life.
