I believe in the resilience of individuals and couples and their capacity for growth and healing. I feel deeply honored to journey alongside my clients as they face the challenges of being human. I value creating a space where anything can be said and explored without fear of judgment. I love helping folks identify and integrate all parts of themselves to create more authenticity and alignment in their lives. Many of my clients describe feeling "stuck" in patterns that no longer serve them. This can manifest as perfectionism, unhealthy relationship dynamics, and an inability to make sustainable changes in their life. I work best with people who are curious and open to learning about themselves and their relationships to all areas of life. I help clients with an array of challenges, including relationship issues, anxiety, OCD, sexuality and gender identity, and life transitions. I also offer clinical supervision to LCMHCAs.
