I believe that relationships are the foundation of an Individual’s life. To cultivate healthy relationships with others we need to have a healthy relationship with ourselves and often times this means getting closer in our Christian faith along with learning relationship skills and changing our mindset about ourselves and others. I currently work with individuals struggling with relationship issues, and I enjoy helping individuals learn how to form healthy attachment styles to have healthy relationships. I enjoy helping individuals increase self acceptance while working on other mental health issues such as anxiety and depression.
