Hi, my name is Lauren and I work with individuals (teens and adults) who are looking for support, perspective, and helpful coping strategies for navigating life’s most difficult challenges. You can expect a spirit of openness and calm in our sessions. Therapeutic goals are made to be personalized and relevant to you while we explore and process difficult emotions, build resilience, and foster growth for lasting change. My strength-based approach to treatment is integrative and person-centered, meaning that I utilize techniques from various therapeutic modalities based on what is the best fit for you. I primarily utilize evidenced-based models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
