I bring over six years of experience in nonprofit mental health, supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, mood and personality disorders. My work is trauma-informed and culturally sensitive, integrating CBT, ERP, psychodynamic, person-centered, and strength-based approaches. I believe healing is personal and nonlinear, and my goal is to provide a safe, supportive space that honors your pace, story, and strengths.
