I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I offer confidential psychotherapy for couples, families, and individuals of all ages. Together we work through the underlying reasons for your conflicts, problems, and ineffective patterns that prevent you from reaching your potential. I work with people on a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship difficulties, parenting, family problems, grief, and loss. I work with clients to help them acknowledge their own strengths and take steps to manage emotions so they can be hopeful and take control of their lives.
