Welcome! I, Mahnoor, am a passionate and trauma informed therapist operating out of the Bay Area, California. I help children, teens and adults overcome their challenges in order to live happier lives. I understand that each individual is unique, therefore I utilize therapeutic modalities that are the best fit for your and/or your child. I'll work with you to develop a customized treatment plan that supports your wellbeing through a warm and non-judgmental approach.
