I specialize in working with adults and adolescents working through trauma, shame, relationship/family difficulties, and mood disorders. I have experience working with a broad range of ages, ethnicities, socio-economic backgrounds, genders, sexualities, and family compositions. People come to therapy with a broad range of strengths and difficulties, but the thing they all have in common is that they want something to change. Therapy is a space for you to explore what you want those changes to be and begin the process of creating them for yourself, with the therapist as a supportive collaborator.
