I am a marriage and family therapist dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, and families as they navigate life’s challenges. I am passionate about working with young people experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, life transitions, and LGBTQ-related concerns. I am committed to creating a warm, accepting, and safe space where clients feel empowered to be open, honest, and fully themselves. When appropriate, I incorporate humor into sessions to help ease discomfort and build connection.
