As your therapist, we will process anxiety, depression, past traumas, reroute negative behaviors, & learn how lived experiences impact the way you view the world currently. My clients often seek therapy because they are wanting to uncover the meanings behind their emotions; together, we are often able to uncover the meaning behind these emotions by better understanding past traumas encountered. Only then, can we replace negative behaviors that have stemmed from these traumas, together. I provide a safe & genuine space for LGBTQ clients & practice from an inclusive & client-centered perspective.
