I have experience working with clients from ages 5-65 years of age. I generally work with Anxiety, Depression, Adjustment Disorder, Chronic Trauma. Issues I have experience with are low self-esteem, divorce, relational issues, anger management, social anxiety, low motivation, life stressors, etcetera. Generally, the client I like to take on is someone who is ready to take charge of their mental health and work with me toward their progress. I would like them to be open and honest with me as well to better promote the ways in which I can help them.
