I am a compassionate therapist with Finding Our Way, LLC who works with children, adolescents, and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and mood disorders. I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where clients feel understood, empowered, and respected as they work toward meaningful change. My approach is client-centered and collaborative, meeting each person where they are and tailoring treatment to their unique needs and strengths. I strive to help my clients build insight, develop effective coping skills, and move toward greater emotional balance and resilience.
