Peace comes from within. Do not seek it without. Sometimes it is difficult to find that inner peace and we need guidance from others. I have learned throughout my many years of working with adolescents, individuals, and families that without inner peace, we tend to feel stuck, lost and not be able to live the life we desire. My hope is that through individual or family therapy, I can help you create coping tools in areas of your life where you desire change.
