As a licensed social worker, I have worked in the field for 10 years, working alongside adults as they navigate anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, identity and many other concerns. I firmly believe that therapy is a collaborative process between the individual and the therapist. I value shared decision making and encourage open communication.
