My ideal client is someone who is ready for change, even if they don’t yet believe they’re capable of it. They may arrive in services feeling defeated, stuck, or overwhelmed. Many have faced significant trauma or instability: long-term substance use, incarceration, homelessness, family dysfunction, or mental health crises. They may be dealing with co-occurring disorders such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and addiction. I often work with individuals who are navigating legal systems, child custody concerns, housing insecurity, or who have cycled through treatment before but never felt truly understood or supported.
