I have been a military spouse for 17 years and have worked with those who have experienced trauma, anxiety, PTSD, depression, family therapy and couples counseling. I love seeing the transformation that can happen when those I work with look at life from a different perspective. When things in life are not going the way we would like we have to change something and I love that therapy can be the reason we can start to see those changes.
