About
I am deeply passionate about helping people learn about their emotional landscape and develop a deeper understanding of how their past experiences are subconsciously influencing them today in their view of themselves and others. I love helping people identify and address attachment wounds, codependency, relationship patterns of push and pull, self-judgement and criticism, perfectionism, and relational grief and loss. Together, with the use of psychoeducation, self awareness, somatics, and reparenting, we can help you heal through these pains and step more into your most genuine self, feeling connected and worthy from within. I am influenced by Attachment Theory, IFS, and Jungian Therapy including active imagination, inner child work, and shadow work.
